All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You can select to have your order shipped through FedEx Ground, FedEx Overnight, USPS Priority, or USPS Standard Mail.
Athena's Olive Tree cares about our customers and wants to help with today's high cost of shipping. That's why we package all our products in jars and baskets that are low weight to help minimize your shipping costs. Further, we give you the option to ship all orders under $100 for only $6.49. Customers selecting this option will have their orders shipped through either FedEx Ground or USPS Priority at the discretion of Athena's Olive Tree. Standard shipping rates apply for orders over $100.
While we feel strongly that our flat rate shipping will help reduce
shipping costs, sending smaller orders through this method (i.e., $6.49
shipping on an order of less than ~$15) may not actually seem cost
effective. That's why we offer USPS standard first-class mail for these
smaller orders. Packages up to 13 ounces can be mailed with prices ranging from $1.17 for 1 ounce to $3.21 for 13 ounces. If the
items selected exceed 13 ounces, this option will not be available and, as a
result, not be calculated. This is a great option for shipping 2 or 3 individual
items.
We also do our best to recycle, during manufacturing and shipping. For example, we often reuse shipping boxes and shipping peanuts received from vendors to maximize their use and minimize our carbon footprint.
Packaging:
All items are shrink wrapped to ensure freshness. Please note that most of our products should last up to two years. To ensure maximum shelf life, please make sure to avoid getting water in our lotions, butters, and scrubs. To extend the shelf life of our liquid and cream products, try putting them in your refrigerator or in a cool dry place.
Privacy:

Returns:
Soaps and other shrink wrapped items may be returned within 15 days only if unopened. Buyer will have to pay return shipping.
